Use any type of intentional blur: Intentional camera movement: panning, zooming, rotating. Use lens blur, use (self-made) filters. Create a composition with balance and/or tension. Distinguish between area of interest and “background”, keep your colours clean, use texture, try merging several takes (Pep Ventosa or layer merging styles).
